A Computer that Speaks Your Language

How do you give a computer instructions to do something?
One way is to write a program that the computer can understand – a program that details out what your instructions are. That requires that you know computer programming, though. Plus you have to figure out the right way to program your instructions. But what if things were reversed a bit?
